The Pandays of Barrio Balisong, Taal Batangas. They were skilled smiths who fashion the best balisongs in the world. Lately, however, the demand for their Balisongs dropped because of severe competition from cheaply-made balisongs from China and Vietnam. Most of their smithshops are now closed.

The Panday of Balisong shot is terrific. .The composition here takes my eyes slowly to see the individual's almost stoic emotion from the man in the foreground (creating a diagonal line) to the boy sitting in the background.Though I wish you could have
gotten rid of the child with no face next to the man in blue. Otherwise what a wonderful shot.
